Every project and amount comes from the city’s FY2027 to FY2031 Capital Improvement Program by funding source, using the Mayor’s recommended amounts. Each year’s projects add up to that year’s totals row, source by source. This is an educational tool, not an official city document.
Each line is one project in one year, so a project that recurs shows up once per year. Open a project to see its other years. “Reprogrammed and other” is money moved over from earlier projects, grants, and one-off sources, and the note on each project says where it came from.
Enterprise fund projects are the ones paid for by the Water, Sewer, and Stormwater enterprise funds. Public Works is split by the division paying for it. Four sources on the sheets have no money in any year (cash capital, enterprise stabilization, revolving funds, and ARPA), so they are left out of the filters. FY2027 lists two identical 7D Van lines for Northampton Public Schools, and both are kept.
